As a Nurse Resident, you will:

• Participate in a structured, unit‑based orientation
• Receive guidance from experienced educators, preceptors, managers, and program leaders
• Apply classroom knowledge at the bedside while strengthening clinical judgment and critical thinking

• 2026 nursing graduates with an ADN or BSN
• Internal Baystate Health employees
• External candidates who do not work at Baystate
• Future RNs eager to grow, learn, and succeed in a supportive environment
