The Baystate Health Nurse Residency Program is built to support new graduate nurses every step of the way. Through hands‑on clinical experience, education, mentorship, and professional development, you’ll gain the confidence and skills needed to thrive in professional practice.
As a Nurse Resident, you will:
- Participate in a structured, unit‑based orientation
- Receive guidance from experienced educators, preceptors, managers, and program leaders
- Apply classroom knowledge at the bedside while strengthening clinical judgment and critical thinking
- 2026 nursing graduates with an ADN or BSN
- Internal Baystate Health employees
- External candidates who do not work at Baystate
- Future RNs eager to grow, learn, and succeed in a supportive environment
