Baystate Health, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare quality and safety, and home to Baystate Medical Center (BMC), a Magnet Hospital for Nursing Excellence, is looking for a medical telemetry inpatient Registered Nurse to join our team in Springfield, MA.

The Medicine Unit provides opportunities to care for patients with a variety of medical concerns. Nurses in this specialty are leaders on the healthcare team, and the Medicine Units at Baystate Health are the foundation of a successful nursing career.

• Wesson 4 is a dedicated, growing team with an engaged Manager focused on professional growth, development of the team, and patient experience.
• The unit offers participation in nurse-driven change projects, favorable nursing ratios, and strong support.
• 36-bed unit with 24 telemetry monitors.
• Close partnership with Physician Medical Director.
• Teaching unit for Medical Residents and Nursing Students.

• Full-Time Nights: 7 PM – 7 AM
• Every other weekend and rotating holidays

• New Grad RN (0-1 year of RN Licensure): $41.00 per hour
• Experienced RN (1+ years of RN Licensure): $43.16–$65.00 per hour

• Licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts after successful completion of the Board of Registration in Nursing Examination

The base pay range reflects knowledge/skills, relevant experience and training, education/certifications/licensure, and other factors.
