The flagship Baystate Medical Center hosts the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School‑Baystate.
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our organization.
Position Highlights- Join our team of 9 physicians with backgrounds in Pulmonary, Neurology, Psychiatry, Med‑Peds, and Pediatric Sleep Medicine alongside 3 advanced practitioners. As part of our Department of Neurosciences, you will collaborate with a wide array of neurology specialists.
- Provide 100% outpatient care and management for all sleep disorders, including diagnosing obstructive sleep apnea, narcolepsy, insomnia, and restless leg syndrome.
- Support the regional Baystate Health sleep program; willingness to travel to regional sites as needed is desired.
- Participate in an on‑site telemedicine program.

- Full‑time day position with no call or weekend expectations.
- Strong mentorship and formal orientation are available for APPs new to sleep medicine.
Board‑certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, ideally with experience or strong interest in neurology. A strong commitment to collaboration, courage, quality, and lifelong learning is essential.
CompensationSleep Medicine AP salary range: $126,000 – $159,600 (base salary).
