Sleep Medicine Advanced Practitioner

Baystate Health is a not‑for‑profit, integrated healthcare system in western Massachusetts that includes an academic medical center, three community hospitals, and the region’s largest multispecialty group. We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our organization.

• Join our team of 9 physicians with backgrounds in Pulmonary, Neurology, Psychiatry, Med‑Peds, and Pediatric Sleep Medicine alongside 3 advanced practitioners. As part of our Department of Neurosciences, you will collaborate with a wide array of neurology specialists.
• Provide 100% outpatient care and management for all sleep disorders, including diagnosing obstructive sleep apnea, narcolepsy, insomnia, and restless leg syndrome.
• Support the regional Baystate Health sleep program; willingness to travel to regional sites as needed is desired.
• Participate in an on‑site telemedicine program.

Board‑certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, ideally with experience or strong interest in neurology. A strong commitment to collaboration, courage, quality, and lifelong learning is essential.

Sleep Medicine AP salary range: $126,000 – $159,600 (base salary).
