Western Massachusetts Allergy, LLC is seeking a full-time Allergy Injection Nurse for our office in Springfield, MA. We are searching for a friendly candidate with the ability to work comfortably with adults and children, who is excited to help patients, able to work independently and as part of a team, and with a drive for continual improvement. The practice uses a modern, integrated EHR (eClinical
Works) for all patient interactions, to maximize patient safety, automate repeated processes, facilitate communication, and reduce paperwork.
- Administering allergy injections in a busy practice
- Administering biologic therapies
- Anticipate impending emergent situations and intervene effectively
- Able to work independently and as part of a care team
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff
- Commitment to providing excellent patient care

Work Schedule- Monday–Friday
• 8:30am–5:00pm four days per week; one evening day (10:00am–6:30pm) per week - No weekends
- Generous holiday policy
- Current nursing license required (RN or LPN)
- At least two years of nursing experience required
- Allergy or immunology experience strongly preferred
- Experience with eClinical
Works (eCW)
strongly preferred - Spanish language proficiency strongly preferred — candidates with demonstrated fluency will receive additional compensation incentives
- Incentives for mixing allergy immunotherapy experience
- CPR status up to date
- Excellent attendance and work ethic
- Positive attitude and desire to contribute to the success of the practice
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken
- Strong time management, technical, and organizational skills
- Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies
