Baystate Health is seeking an Advanced Provider (AP) to join our multi-specialty group as an APP Flex. This hybrid position involves a balanced combination of remote and onsite responsibilities.
Position Highlights- Hybrid schedule: 1 remote day + 4 on‑site days at various locations as needed.
- Coverage for planned and unplanned provider absences.
- Coverage of indirect work within provider basket folders (patient gateway messages, telephone calls, urgent refills, urgent or critical results, CC’d charts and other folders as time allows).
- No after‑hours charting or inbox.
- No call, no weekends, no holidays.
- Exposure to different clinical settings, teams, workflows, and patient populations.

CompensationSalary Range: $130,500 – $165,300.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will be a board-certified or board-eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a primary care or specialty setting. A strong commitment to working with underserved communities and comfort with medically complex patients is essential. Ability to function well as part of a medical team is required.
