• Mentorship & training for new graduates.
• Ongoing continuing education.

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes.
• Perform medication management, wound care, IV therapy, and patient education.
• RNs:
  Conduct OASIS assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• LPNs:
  Deliver skilled nursing care under RN supervision and collaborate on patient management.
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Active Massachusetts RN/LPN license required.

• Preferred:
  Ability to commute to Chicopee, MA 01940.

$60.00 - $90.00 per hour.
