About the Role

Medical Telemetry Inpatient Registered Nurse – Baystate Health, Springfield, MA.

• Provide 24‑hour nursing care for patients in a 36‑bed, 24‑monitor telemetry unit.
• Collaborate with the physician medical director and multidisciplinary team to assess, monitor, and manage telemetry patients.
• Participate in nurse‑driven change projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure patient safety and maintain excellent patient experience.

• Successfully passed the Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and licensed in Massachusetts.
• Current American Heart Association CPR certification required.
• BSN preferred;
  Diploma in Nursing required.
• Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association) and Registered Nurse state of Massachusetts licensure.

• Full‑time night shift, 7p.m. – 7:30a.m.
• Every other weekend; rotating holidays.

• Base salary range: $41.82 – $54.06 – $66.30 per hour (typical new hire starts near the lower end).
