A Nursing Role with Purpose, Stability, and the Time to Deliver Real Care Service Net is seeking LPNs and RNs who want to practice nursing in a setting where care is personal, manageable, and truly meaningful. Our individual-to-nurse ratios vary by home
, depending on medical complexity:

• 2:1 or 3:1 in our more clinically intensive homes
• Up to 5:1 in our lighter-support homes

• Champion health and well-being by monitoring individuals, coordinating care, and ensuring communication across medical providers
• Document care thoroughly, including progress notes, daily logs, and nursing interventions
• Ensure safe medication administration following MAP standards
• Train and support program staff in essential care techniques and assistive equipment
• Promote independence through ADL support and goal-oriented skill-building
• Accompany individuals to medical appointments and community programs
• Contribute to team operations with additional responsibilities as needed

• LPN: $33-$38/hr + $2.00/hour FLEX differential = $35-$40/hr
• RN: $38-$42/hr + $2.00/hour FLEX differential = $40-$44/hr

• Valid MA Nursing License.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to meet physical requirements
