* 36 hours per week

** Key Responsibilities
** The Clinical Education Coordinator:
* Provides hands-on clinical education, coaching, and support to nurses at the point of care
* Supports onboarding, competency development, and professional growth of nursing staff
* Develops and delivers evidence-based education to support safe, high-quality patient care
* Partners with nursing leaders to identify learning needs and support practice improvement initiatives
* Serves as a clinical resource, mentor, and professional development partner for nurses
* Supports implementation of new clinical initiatives, workflows, and evidence-based practice changes
