**** DEPARTMENT

DESCRIPTION:

*** The Baystate Pain Management Centers are the only comprehensive, interdisciplinary centers for the care and treatment of patients with persistent pain in western Massachusetts.
* This service is provided by Baystate Medical Center.
* We are seeking an RN who is experienced with procedures, who is kind and compassionate, and who can admit and discharge patients.
* At the Pain Management Center, we do different procedures such as lumbar epidurals, nerve blocks, and trigger point injections.
* We also do patient education.
*
* SCHEDULE:

*** FT, 40-hours per week, Work shifts are 10-hour days, Monday through Friday

* Hours:

6:45am-5:15pm

* QUALIFICATIONS:

*** Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
* Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required also ACLS and PALS.

* Experience:

Minimum 2-year RN experience required, ICU preferred.

* Education:

AND required; BSN preferred.
