Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical​/Tele

Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in a Medical Surgical and Telemetry unit. The RN will deliver patient-centered nursing care, ensuring safety and compliance within a fast-paced hospital environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Document patient information thoroughly in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Possess at least 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry units.
• Demonstrate telemetry experience and competency.
• Have current certifications in BLS and ACLS.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, multi-tasked environment.
• Maintain professional and compassionate approach to patient care.
