Korzen Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to lead the Wound Care Clinic program in the Springfield, MA market area
, in collaboration with Healogics and Wing Hospital
.

This is an excellent opportunity for an NP who enjoys hands-on procedures, complex wound management, and delivering specialized patient care
. This role offers the ability to build expertise in wound care while working within a structured outpatient environment supported by a dedicated clinical team.

Procedure-Focused Practice

This position is ideal for an NP who enjoys procedures and wants to focus on advanced wound management.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing wound care procedures including:
    • Debridement
    • Incision & drainage (I&D)
    • Suturing and minor procedures
    • Advanced wound treatment techniques
  • Managing acute and chronic wounds, primarily within an adult and geriatric population
  • Developing individualized treatment plans to promote healing
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes
Comprehensive Clinical Support

You will be supported by a full wound care team, including:

  • Case Manager
  • Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Nurses
  • Office Manager
  • Front and back office support staff

Experience Requirements
  • Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
  • Current DEA license
  • Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP)
  • Minimum 1 year of NP experience required
  • Strong procedural background required

    • Incision & drainage (I&D)
    • Other hands-on procedures
