Job Description:

Join an exciting ER RN role within a bustling high-acuity emergency care unit in Springfield, MA. This 13-week contract is perfect for experienced emergency and ICU nurses ready to handle complex cases in a fast-paced setting. Your night shifts will encompass managing diverse patient needs, from behavioral health to critically ill cases, often requiring advanced critical care skills and adaptability. This opportunity allows you to work 12-hour night shifts, either 3×12 or 4×12, providing a balanced schedule to enjoy your time off in this vibrant city.

The unit boasts 118 beds, and you’ll be part of a team caring for a highly diverse patient population, including trauma, emergency, and ICU-level cases. Expect to work with an average of 6 patients per nurse, with evolving situations demanding your expertise and quick thinking. Prior ED or ICU experience, along with BLS and ACLS certifications, are essential. This role offers an average weekly gross pay of approximately $2,482.84, with a commitment of 36 hours per week.
