LPN – Homecare Nurse – Adult

We are seeking compassionate LPNs to deliver one-on-one homecare services for adult patients in Springfield, MA. The role involves providing overnight care on selected days, including Mondays, Fridays, every other Thursday, and alternating weekends.

Key responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process to develop and implement care plans, performing assessments, monitoring patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, collecting and documenting data, and offering compassionate nursing care in a home setting. Additional duties involve maintaining accurate records and performing assigned tasks.

Qualifications required are a current LPN license in Massachusetts, valid health certification, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS certification. Homecare experience is preferred but not mandatory. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
