Family Nurse Practitioner
for a brand-new role designed intentionally around
provider sustainability

clinical quality

Youwon’tjust be filling a seat;you’llbe helping us design the chair. You will work collaboratively with leadership to shape the structure of this position, ensuring it works for both you and the community.

What We’re Looking For:
- Credentials:Master’s or Doctoral degree with FNP Certification and a valid MA APRN license.
