** Facility Float
** or
** System-Wide Float
** position. Both opportunities offer variety, flexibility, and the ability to work across designated clinical areas based on your experience and clinical grouping.

** Provide nursing support across designated clinical areas within a specific Baystate Health facility.
* ** System-Wide Float RN
** Provide nursing support across designated clinical areas at multiple Baystate Health facilities. This option is designed for nurses who enjoy greater variety and are comfortable working across the health system.
* ** Compensation differentials vary by float assignment and clinical grouping.
** The applicable differential is determined by the position you are hired into.

** Registered Nurse Qualifications
** The ideal Float Pool RN is an experienced clinician who is comfortable adapting to different care environments and collaborating with a variety of nursing teams.

* 2 years of inpatient RN experience.
* Clinical nursing experience appropriate to the applicable clinical grouping.
