Position: NURSE PRACTIONER/PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT
Job Overview Established Physician owned and operated practice for over 30 YEARS is seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner AND/OR Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. We are seeking a friendly and compassionate Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our Endocrinology / Primary Care team. As a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid conditions, and other hormone-related issues.

** Sign-on Bonus of $1000 to be paid as follows: AFTER 12 MONTHS OF EMPLOYMENT Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive healthcare services and coordinate patient care Assessing and treating patients with endocrinology diseases and conditions Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals Assess, diagnose, and treat residents' physical and mental well-being Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations Order and interpret diagnostic tests Develop accurate diagnoses and treatment plans Prescribe medications Requirements Valid Nurse Practitioner and/or PA license in Massachusetts.

Graduation from an accredited master’s level nurse practitioner (FNP, APRN) program, holds required certification, and possesses a Master's degree or higher. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) Active Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration or be eligible for registration. Active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or be eligible to enroll. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
