** to lead our dedicated Cardiology team. You'll partner closely with physicians, advanced practitioners, and clinical staff to create an efficient, patient-centered environment while mentoring and supporting a high-performing nursing team.

This position combines leadership with hands-on clinical practice, allowing you to continue caring for patients while helping shape the future of ambulatory cardiology care.  ### What You'll Do
* Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision for clinical nursing staff.
* Foster a positive, collaborative culture focused on exceptional patient care and staff engagement.
* Oversee clinical workflows to promote efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction.
* Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
* Mentor, coach, and develop nursing staff to support professional growth.
* Partner with physicians, advanced practitioners, and practice leadership to improve operations and patient outcomes.
* Lead and participate in quality improvement and service excellence initiatives.
* Serve on departmental and interdisciplinary committees.
* Provide direct patient care as needed to support practice operations.  ## Schedule
* Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week
* 8-hour shifts, Flexible schedule based on practice and staffing needs
* Monday–Friday
* No weekends or holidays

* Springfield, MA – 3300 Main Street
* Northampton, MA – 325B King Street
* Greenfield, MA – 164 High Street
* Travel to these locations is required in this role  ## Qualifications
* Current Massachusetts RN license
* AHA BLS Required
* 4–5 years of clinical nursing experience required
* True leadership experience is required--Supervisory, Charge Nurse, or Team Lead experience
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
* Ability to partner effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
* BSN preferred; ADN Required
* Ambulatory care leadership experience preferred
* Strong organizational, analytical, and process improvement skills
* Demonstrated success building engaged, high-performing clinical teams
