- 2+ years Neuro critical care nursing preferred.
Description:
The Neuro ICU cares for critically ill patients with various neurological diagnoses. Patient conditions may include neurotrauma, status epilepticus, stroke, and spinal cord injury. Patients often present with complex comorbidities and multisystem organ involvement. The clinician to patient ratio is 1:2. The bed count for the unit is 24 with a current census of 22.
