Baystate Health seeks an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Baystate Children's Hospital NICU. The team includes 10 NICU NNPs/PAs and 7 neonatologists in the region's only Level III NICU. The role attends deliveries and participates in patient transports, working with a multi-disciplinary team.
A base salary ranges from $139,000 to $176,000 with annual incentives, for 1.0 FTE. 12- or 24-hour shifts with rotating days, nights, and weekends.
