• Analyze internal and external quality data to identify trends, recurring issues, process risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor process capability and quality performance metrics; provide recommendations to enhance process performance.
• Collaborate with senior quality personnel to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions using standard quality tools (5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis, FMEA, SPC).
• Identify gaps in measurement systems using multiple data sources; work with cross‑functional stakeholders to improve data integrity and develop enhanced systems.
• Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and presentations to support management review and operational decision-making.
• Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) activities, including containment actions and disposition of nonconforming material.
• Utilize computer systems, including ERP platforms, for data tracking and analysis.
• Support implementation and application of continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
• Coordinate RT (return/repair/testing) activities with suppliers and customers.
• Plan and perform internal audits in accordance with established schedules.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills required.
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard development preferred.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems required.
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Highly organized, with the ability to work independently and manage time and priorities efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and sound decision‑making ability.
• Team‑oriented with the ability to follow structured plans and meet objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical field preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Professional quality certification (e.g., ASQ or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of quality management systems.
• Experience with quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, and data analysis techniques.
