- Analyze internal and external quality data to identify trends, recurring issues, process risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor process capability and quality performance metrics; provide recommendations to enhance process performance.
- Collaborate with senior quality personnel to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions using standard quality tools (5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto Analysis, FMEA, SPC).
- Identify gaps in measurement systems using multiple data sources; work with cross‑functional stakeholders to improve data integrity and develop enhanced systems.
- Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and presentations to support management review and operational decision-making.
- Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) activities, including containment actions and disposition of nonconforming material.
- Utilize computer systems, including ERP platforms, for data tracking and analysis.
- Support implementation and application of continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
- Coordinate RT (return/repair/testing) activities with suppliers and customers.
- Plan and perform internal audits in accordance with established schedules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills required.
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard development preferred.
- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems required.
- Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Highly organized, with the ability to work independently and manage time and priorities efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and sound decision‑making ability.
- Team‑oriented with the ability to follow structured plans and meet objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related technical field preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Professional quality certification (e.g., ASQ or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of quality management systems.
- Experience with quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, and data analysis techniques.
