Salary

$90,000 - $110,000 USD annually

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and improve the calibration program, including gauge recall, interval scheduling, location tracking, replacement gauges, and coordination with third‑party calibration providers (both onsite and off‑site).
  • Manage RT (return/repair/testing) processes, including maintaining internal tracking systems, coordinating with suppliers, and communicating directly with customers.
  • Utilize computer systems, including ERP platforms.
  • Support implementation and use of continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and customers to manage RT‑related activities.
  • Plan, manage, and conduct internal audits according to established schedules.
Candidate Profile Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience working with government or regulated contracts (e.g., defense‑related).
  • Experience managing calibration programs.
  • Experience conducting internal audits.
  • Familiarity with gauge management software (specific platforms are a plus).
  • Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems required.
  • Strong attention to detail with problem‑solving ability.
  • Ability to multitask, remain organized, and work independently.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong communication skills and sound decision‑making ability.
  • Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to follow structured plans and meet objectives.
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
  • 3–5 years of related experience.
  • Relevant quality certification (e.g., ASQ or equivalent) strongly preferred.
