Winn Companies is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Forest Park Apartments, a 112-unit community in Springfield, MA. You will support the Property Manager with leasing, accounts payable/receivable, service requests and resident relations.
The role offers a Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM schedule with pay in the range of $21.00–$27.00 per hour. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential in this fast-paced environment.
