Senior Research Associate, Vector Production. Hands‑on lab role supporting reliable AAV manufacturing and process development through execution of upstream, downstream, and QC‑support workflows, with strong emphasis on operational rigor.
How You Will ContributeAs Senior Research Associate, Vector Production, you will be responsible for executing AAV manufacturing and process‑development lab work across upstream, downstream, and QC‑support workflows while maintaining strong documentation, sample handling, and operational discipline.

Responsibilities- Execute AAV upstream, downstream, and QC‑support workflows in support of team production and development priorities
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in lab notebooks and operational tracking systems
- Support process development experiments through careful execution, troubleshooting, and data capture
- Contribute to shared lab operations, including sample handling, inventory, and SOP updates
- Partner closely with team members to coordinate work, surface issues early, and maintain execution quality
- Work with urgency and adaptability, balancing innovation with execution.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally, leveraging Dyno’s high‑trust, high‑impact culture to drive results.
- Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, bioengineering, chemical engineering, molecular biology, or related field
- 4+ years of relevant lab experience
- Direct hands‑on experience with AAV production in a research, biotech, or process‑development setting
- Hands‑on experience with mammalian cell culture and aseptic technique
- Experience following structured lab workflows with strong attention to detail and documentation
- Ability to work effectively in a team‑based lab environment as company and project priorities evolve
- Willingness to push the boundaries of work through the use of AI.

- Hands‑on experience with AAV downstream processing, including depth filtration, affinity chromatography, ion exchange chromatography, and UF/DF workflows
- Experience with QC support, sample tracking, or inventory management systems in a biotech or research setting
- Experience supporting process development or CMC activities for AAV or related biologic products
