Overnight Cleaning Team Member

At Chick-fil-A East Springfield, the Overnight Cleaning Crew Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Overnight Team Members play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-prepared restaurant. This position ensures our restaurant is reset each night to meet Chick-fil-A's high cleanliness and food safety standards.

Position Type

* Part-time 4-5 hours/night 6 days per week

* 10PM-2/3 AM (Monday-Saturday)

Overnight Cleaning Crew Responsibilities

* Deep clean and sanitize kitchen, dining room, restrooms, and exterior areas

* Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment

* Break down, clean, and reassemble kitchen equipment as required

* Sweep, mop, scrub, and sanitize all floors and surfaces

* Empty trash and properly dispose of waste

* Restock cleaning and sanitation supplies

* Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and Chick-fil-A brand standards

* Work independently to complete nightly cleaning and dishwashing checklists

* Keep all work areas clean, organized, and orderly

* Adhere to Chick-fil-A safety guidelines and dress code

* Complete all assigned closing and overnight cleaning tasks

* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

* Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic

* Able to work independently with minimal supervision

* Comfortable with physical, repetitive tasks

* Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis

* Able to stand, bend, and move for extended periods of time
