As the Bakery Manager, you'll lead our Bakery Department with enthusiasm and expertise, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a delicious treat. You will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with company policies, and embody friendliness, responsiveness, knowledge, and passion to create an exceptional customer experience. You will drive production and budget objectives, maintain the highest quality standards, and step in to perform stocking and production duties as needed, setting a positive example for your team.
