Monday–Friday (weekends not required)

Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented, self‑motivated Field Service Representative to join our team and support leading tech brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. In this role you will install and update sales floor fixtures, perform buildouts, resets, and display repairs, and follow plan‑ograms and client directives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to field service communications (within 24 hours).
  • Keep availability updated and accurate.
  • Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
  • Install and build displays, end‑caps, and fixtures.
  • Complete required forms, image uploads, and surveys before leaving the job site.
  • Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
  • Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are functional.
  • Participate in early‑morning and team installations (2+ people).
  • Manage virtual software and ensure successful task execution and timelines.
  • Assist teammates as necessary and contribute to team success.
  • Adhere to accurate time‑card submission and report anomalies daily.
  • Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Complete training and certification programs as required.
  • Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems.
  • Be available for weekend assignments on an as‑needed basis.
  • Schedule and plan hours and locations, which may vary by week.
  • Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
Qualifications
  • Age 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States.
  • Flexible availability Monday‑Friday with weekend/holiday and early‑morning/late‑night coverage as required.
  • Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within any rolling 30‑day period.
  • Physical: climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend, handle, grasp, and reach overhead.
  • Adaptability: adjust to varied tasks and work environments.
  • Communication: effective phone, text, and email skills; use smartphone for clock‑in/out, photo uploads, app downloads, and internet connectivity.
  • Education:

    high school diploma or equivalent. Prior retail or merchandising experience is a plus.
  • Experience:

    installation and merchandising; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives.
  • Technology: own an Android or Apple mobile device for photo uploads and data entry; navigate communication platforms independently.
  • Training: complete all training assignments and tasks on time.
  • Transportation: reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance. Willingness to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment.
  • Leadership & Communication: superior leadership, problem‑solving, decision making, judgment, professionalism, and presentation skills.
