Hourly Wage: $18 - $31 per hour (pay will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location).

Additional Compensation:
Annual or quarterly performance incentives; hourly premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 based on schedule, facility, season, or specific tasks.

The main priority of Deli / Bakery associates is to prepare quality products for customers. Associates engage with customers at the service counter, move incoming merchandise to the sales floor, and uphold food safety standards.

• Prepare and assemble deli and bakery items to meet quality standards.
• Assist customers at the service counter and manage merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations.
• Execute specials or promotions as instructed.
