Grow Op Farms is seeking an Inventory Associate to join the Em Springfield team in Springfield, MA. This full-time role involves maintaining accurate stock levels, organizing products, and managing shipments in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment.
The right candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in retail or inventory roles and must be comfortable with METRC and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic setting are essential.
Weekends and holidays are part of the required schedule, with a pay rate of $18.25/hour.
