Hourly Rate Range: $17.50 - $22.50

Ability to work varied, traditional and non-traditional flexible hours.

• Count and record inventory with precision.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
• Meet daily performance goals.

• Support team focus and continuous improvement.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse work is preferred.
• No inventory experience? Will be trained.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfort learning handheld scanners or counting tools.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Preferred:
  No degree needed; returning to workforce; military experience; reliable transportation.

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, use both hands for repetitive motions, frequently squat, kneel, or crouch, use a ladder, lift up to 25 lbs.; travel via car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
