Your Impact:

• Deliver a friendly, welcoming, and memorable Liberty experience for every customer and teach, coach, and mentor the team to do the same.
• Foster a warm and knowledgeable environment that encourages repeat visits.
• Share a comprehensive knowledge of cannabis‑related topics, current trends, and impart valuable information to customers.
• Provide leadership in managing inventory, opening and closing procedures, and ensure compliance with regulations and standard operating procedures.
• Share feedback and insight on product trends, customer feedback, and propose operational improvements to drive the business.

• Welcoming and inclusive, valuing individual differences, and loving being part of a winning team.
• Experience with operating a point‑of‑sale system, cash handling, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Great at adapting and multi‑tasking, showcasing ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Capable of managing oneself and supervising others effectively.
• Demonstrates strong ethical standards and sound judgment in decision‑making.
• Minimum age 21 years old.
• Open availability or at least four days a week, with flexibility for opening, closing, and one weekend shift.
