Job Summary

Responsible for providing members with prompt and courteous service and assistance, replenishing and stocking merchandise, and keeping the sales floor clean, neat and fully organized.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
  • Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance.
  • Replenish, refill, stock, and straighten merchandise. Ensure proper signage of merchandise.
  • Keep sales floor clean, neat, and fully organized.
  • Replenish milk, dairy, freezer, food, and non‑food merchandise. Fold and organize apparel, books, and other merchandise.
  • Remove empty cardboard from sales floor, shelves, display cases, and replenish box bins. Use cardboard baler to dispose of cardboard.
  • Return all returned and re‑shop merchandise to the sales floor.
  • Maintain all club policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
Qualifications
  • Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail required.
Environmental Job Conditions
