Position: Store Manager - Store 621
GPM Investments - 1143 Berkshire Avenue - Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance across all shifts;
Lead and inspire a team of 8–15 employees; cover shifts as needed including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays;
Perform cashiering, stocking, merchandising, cleaning restrooms, and maintaining the lot and fuel pumps;
Coach team members to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions and key items;
Recruit, hire, and train new team members focusing on growth, accountability, and teamwork;
Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising; handle banking and cash deposits;
Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction;
Control expenses and labor hours while achieving store sales goals; execute company programs and marketing initiatives;
Be willing to cross-train and manage deli or QSR operations when necessary
