Assistant Manager

Assistant Manager | $26–$28/hour DOE | Full-Time

Em  in Springfield, MA is hiring an Assistant Manager to help lead daily dispensary operations, develop a high-performing team, and ensure an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced, compliant retail environment.

Schedule: 40–50 hours/week with open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• $26–$28/hour (DOE)

• Partner with the General Manager to oversee daily store operations
• Lead, coach, and develop dispensary staff
• Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company SOPs
• Oversee cash handling, inventory, merchandising, and online menu accuracy
• Track team performance and help maintain operational excellence

• Leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or cannabis
• Cannabis dispensary experience strongly preferred
  
  Experience with Dutchie, METRC, and Weedmaps preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
• Must be 21+ and pass all required background checks

Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform routine retail tasks, including stocking, cleaning, and merchandising.
