Retail Store Manager

Mattress Firm is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You'll oversee a team of Sleep Experts, manage staffing, training, and performance, and execute merchandising and promotional plans. The Store Manager is responsible for meeting sales goals, controlling expenses, and ensuring accurate inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily retail store operations
• Drive sales performance to achieve and exceed store goals
• Recruit, train, and coach sales associates/Sleep Experts
• Create staff schedules and manage labor to budget
• Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve escalated issues
• Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation
• Manage cash handling, POS accuracy, and loss prevention
• Execute promotions and marketing initiatives at the store level
• Monitor KPIs and report on store performance to leadership
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven team culture
