CME Corp. is looking to add a talented and highly motivated sales professional to join our growing organization. As a medical service solutions sales representative, you will play a key role in our sales team managing your book of business, developing new business opportunities, and meeting or exceeding sales profitability objectives.
The primary territory covers Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island with the expectation of travel outside of the primary region approximately 4-6 times per year. This role will report to the Corp Director of Service Solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow opportunities with existing customers while prospecting and developing new business relationships.
- Meet monthly and annual sales/revenue targets.
- Bidding/quoting projects and creating proposals.
- Maintain current and develop new relationships with manufacturer sales representatives.
- Identify and qualify key “Decision Makers” (buying influencers) in all key and target accounts.
- Create value beyond our products and services in a way that differentiates us from the competition.
- Maintain good working knowledge of products and services – be a resource for your customer.
- Meet with clients to conduct annual business reviews.
- Create, track, and maintain opportunities and quotes through Sales Force.
- Prospect and promote CME services with product account management team.
- Attend monthly Rhode Island technician meeting, hosted by Service Manager.
- Meet with Service Manager and Service Admin Managers at least monthly to discuss accounts, opportunities, and challenges.
- Host service solutions virtual and in person presentations.
- Attend monthly virtual corporate sales meeting.
- Participate in quarterly business review with Director of Service Solutions and member of Sales Leadership.
- Stay current with industry trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with 5 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in account management or similar role
- Prior acute care sales experience a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experienced in Microsoft office products and Salesforce CRM
- Must live in the geographical location of the position
- Regular daily travel within the geographic territory as business needs require
- Due to customer contracts this role is required to be vaccinated against COVID 19 to enter medical facilities.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Commission based with a weekly draw. The weekly draw amount is dependent upon experience level of applicant
