Spirax Sarco is seeking a dedicated Sales Engineer to drive energy solutions. • Support sales efforts by jointly calling on end users and delivering outstanding solutions.
• Develop and nurture relationships with distribution channels through planning and technical training.
• Create and oversee the business plan for your sales territory to ensure flawless execution.
• Generate sales surpassing forecasts, contributing to market share growth.
• Implement activities aligned with strategic organizational goals.
• Cultivate customer relationships to foster repeat business in assigned territories.
• Work with your Area Manager to develop a Top 25 account list within your territory.
• Assess sales potential, prioritize accounts, and develop action plans for market penetration, including cold calling and canvassing.
• Train end users on Spirax Sarco products and services through informal sessions and formal presentations.
• Provide accurate and timely quotations and expedite orders as needed.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and identify future business opportunities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of outside sales experience selling technical or industrial products; STEAM experience preferred.
• Ability to deliver professional presentations to customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license compliant with company policies.
• Familiarity with and based in the Arkansas market.
