Engagement Consultant - Hybrid; CT, MA, NY or VT

• Manage a client-facing book of business and support Engagement & Education efforts as part of a broader account team
• Develop and execute year-round multi-channel engagement strategies and measure success through utilization reporting
• Support the sales process with custom RFPs, prospect meetings, and finalist presentations in collaboration with the Engagement Manager
• Ensure effective communication and representation of population health in client meetings
• Deliver thoughtful solutions and maintain connections with market sales and retention leadership teams

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in employee benefits, insurance, brokerage, or a relevant field
• Strong understanding of engagement solutions across all business lines
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and reside in CT, MA, or NY

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with in communications, population health, wellbeing, or employee experience fields
• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva and Simplebooklet
• Life and Health Producers license is a plus
