What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide comprehensive insurance solutions for personal auto and home coverage
  • Evaluate risk and confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections
  • Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a customer-facing role
  • Maintain state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as needed
  • Collaborate effectively with team members while also working independently
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, with a focus on negotiating and overcoming objections
  • Preferred sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking; inbound sales experience is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing conditions
  • Strong capability to work independently while maintaining a distraction-free environment
  • High-speed broadband internet service with specified minimum upload/download speeds

  • Bilingual Spanish-English skillset
  • Experience in the insurance industry or related fields
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
