A competitive salary: Base salary + vehicle allowance + uncapped commission = you determine your earning power !
Year one: Average consultant will earn $50,000.00 (guaranteed) to $75,000.00; top producers will reach $.
Year two: most will earn $75,000.00–$ ($50,000.00 guaranteed).
- Annual trip to France for top sellers
- Annual trip to Canada for North American sales meeting
- A dynamic working environment
- A cutting‑edge laptop and tools to help you stand out
- A primarily on‑the‑road opportunity with weekly in‑person meetings (Mondays and Fridays at the office; rest of the week on the road, and if no prospect visits, office full week)
- Make cold calls Monday and Friday at the office (mandatory) – ideally over 120 calls during each of these 2 days.
- Cold calls will represent the biggest unseen part of the iceberg; sales are the visible part.
- Visit the prospects that you have been booking by yourself from Tuesday to Thursday.
- If you did not book any appointments during the week, come to the office to make cold calls from Tuesday to Thursday or prospect door to door.
- Prospect businesses through field research and arrange initial client meetings.
- Establish new leads and help new customers develop their optimal web strategy.
- Grow a specific territory within the region.
- Attain and exceed sales objectives.
- Promptly respond to customer requests.
- Provide post‑sale support to customers and ensure customer satisfaction through consistent follow‑up.
- Hands‑on experience in a short cycle sales environment (especially cold calls)
- Excellent phone and in‑person cold‑calling skills
- A true hunter mentality is a must.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: energetic, able to build solid professional relationships, influencer personality.
- Results‑oriented, motivated, organized, and autonomous.
- Internet savvy and proficient in computer application programs.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license, with access to a vehicle and insurance.
Job Type: Full‑time
Pay: Between $50,000.00 (guaranteed), $75,000.00 (expected) and $ per year
