Outside Sales Representative

Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to drive growth in the New England region. Your primary focus will be on expanding our customer base within SMT assembly and precision torque-controlled fastening applications. Direct hire.

• Identify, and develop new business opportunities for SMT assembly and precision torque-controlled fastening solutions across diverse industrial markets.
• Conduct sales calls, send outreach emails, & engage prospects to grow the territory.
• Leverage the Hub Spot CRM to track prospects, maintain up-to-date customer records, and ensure accurate sales reporting.
• Deliver presentations and attend trade shows to showcase our SMT and fastening capabilities.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and provide pre-sales technical support as needed.

• Strong knowledge of PCB/SMT assembly processes and experience with precision torque-controlled fastening systems.
• 2–3 years of successful sales exp, preferably in technical or manufacturing sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred;
  Associate degree or higher in business, sales, engineering, or related discipline considered.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and maintain productive, long-term customer relationships.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to present solutions effectively to both technical and executive audiences.
• Proficient with MS Office and adept at leveraging CRM tools.
• Pre-sales technical experience is highly desirable.
