Federal and state governments allocate billions in incentives to help homeowners choose high‑efficiency systems—now at unprecedented levels thanks to the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022—but these dollars are historically underutilized due to lack of customer awareness. We're democratizing and unlocking those incentive dollars starting in Massachusetts and expanding to new markets.
Aboutthe Role
Location: Massachusetts (in-state travel required, mileage reimbursed)
Pay: $20-25/hour + commission
Job Type: Full‑time, part‑time options available
Are you a passionate communicator who cares about climate solutions? We’re looking for Field Brand Ambassadors to help Massachusetts homeowners discover the benefits of energy‑efficient home upgrades! You’ll go door‑to‑door in targeted neighborhoods, attend community events, and start conversations that lead to real change.
What You’ll Do- Conduct door‑to‑door outreach in specific neighborhoods
- Engage homeowners about heat pumps, energy savings, and rebates
- Represent our brand at local events and community gatherings
- Collect lead information from interested homeowners
- Schedule consultations with our sales team
- Track your outreach and meet weekly targets
- Travel within a 50‑mile radius (mileage reimbursed)
- 18+ years old with a valid driver's license & reliable transportation
- Outgoing personality with genuine enthusiasm for meeting new people
- Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or customer service preferred
- Comfort with walking several hours per day in various weather conditions
- Resilient attitude – you don’t get discouraged easily!
- Basic understanding of (or willingness to learn about) home energy systems
- Tech‑savvy enough to use tablets/smartphones for tracking interactions
- Make a real environmental impact every day
