• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline
• 3 to 5 years of semiconductor or OEM sales experience with technically complex, multi‑site or global customers
• Demonstrated success driving design wins, expanding business, or increasing account influence in a technical sales environment
• Experience working cross‑functionally with engineering, product marketing, and regional sales teams, with the ability to influence without formal authority
• Industrial or complex OEM market knowledge preferred
• Willingness to travel 20 to 30 percent

We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry. It consists of competitive base pay, restricted stock units, and quarterly bonus payments. In addition to these components, our package includes health benefits that begin day one, retirement savings plans, and an industry leading ESPP program with a 2 year look back feature. The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $103,000 - $204,000.

Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
