Sales Representative Opportunity
Location:
Springfield, MA.
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, 08:00–17:00 (flexible with manager approval).
Salary: $80,000–$100,000, dependent on experience.
Travel: 50%–60% within North America to meet customers and prospects.

As a Sales Representative you will be responsible for leading strategic sales initiatives, driving business development efforts, and fostering strong, high‑value client relationships to maximise profitability and support sustainable organisational growth. This role requires a strategic and analytical mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and with external partners.
Qualifications- Previous experience within Sales (preferably in close‑die forging manufacturing).
- Experience establishing commercial relationships with OEM, Aftermarket, and Tier‑1 Machine Shops.
- Knowledge of Aerospace, Power, and Commercial sectors.
