Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and tailored financial solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.
Responsibilities- Build, source, and maintain client relationships.
- Originate loans and analyze loan portfolios daily.
- Collaborate with Sales Manager and Marketing to identify opportunities to meet loan volume goals.
- Work directly with borrowers from intake to close, ensuring an efficient and accurate process.
- Business development, including travel within your assigned territory.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly loan production goals
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong computer skills
- Efficient, accurate, and organized
- Highly self‑motivated and disciplined
- Mortgage servicing: 2 years or more (a plus)
- Sales experience
- Real Estate experience
- Familiarity with a CRM
- Cold calling experience
