Solar Consultant - Springfield

Alva Search Partners is actively looking for customer service oriented solar consultants to join an incredible team and contribute to the expansion of renewable energy solutions in the market!

POSITION DETAILS

$45,000 Base Salary + Commission ($80,000 - $120,000 OTE)

Full-Time

9:00am - 5:00pm Mon-Fri

No Weekends or Evenings!

POSITION SUMMARY
  • Door-to-Door Sales Engagement:
    In this role, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers in their local communities, effectively conveying the advantages of solar energy solutions. Your representation of the company and its offerings should be both professional and compelling.
  • Proactive Lead Generation:
    In addition to the leads provided by the company, you will play a key role in creating your own pool of prospects. This could entail activities like neighborhood canvassing, networking, or utilizing diverse marketing tactics to pinpoint individuals interested in solar solutions.
  • Exceeding Sales Targets:
    Success will be defined by consistently surpassing sales quotas. Utilize your sales expertise and determination to convert leads into delighted customers. This role is ideal for those driven by a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering results. Persistence and unwavering dedication will be key in propelling sales and thriving in this position.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • General Education, High School Diploma Required
  • Associate Degree or higher Preferred but not Required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role focused on meeting and surpassing performance targets. A proven track record of consistently achieving required metrics is essential. Military service or higher education may be considered in lieu of professional work experience in sales.
