Salary: $56,000 – $70,000, plus uncapped commissions.

• Learn the ins and outs of iHeart’s Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through in‑person client meetings, research, and consistent daily cold‑calling.
• Cultivate existing business using the full suite of products.
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and create effective marketing campaigns.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations powered by data and storytelling to meet client expectations.

• Self‑motivated, go‑getter attitude.
• Excellent relationship‑building, problem‑solving, and persuasive communication skills.
• Goal‑oriented, expert negotiator, proactive in client outreach.
• Ability to plan and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable with cold‑calling and lead‑generation activities.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and high‑school diploma required (college degree preferred).
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making abilities.
• Digital/Media sales experience a plus but not required.
• Experience managing complex, multi‑platform campaigns and analytics a plus.
• Well‑connected in the market is desirable.
