Job Title:

Account Executive – Restaurant SMB (virtual, Massachusetts)

Account Executive role focuses on selling NCR Voyix Restaurant solution portfolio to small to medium‑sized businesses within a designated territory. The position is responsible for prospecting, managing, and closing new business opportunities and expanding existing client accounts in local geographic markets.

• Sell Restaurant solution portfolio to target accounts including Table Service and Quick Service restaurants.
• Prospect and nurture relationships with decision makers, present ROI‑based solutions, and move opportunities through the sales funnel to close new business.
• Build relationships with prospective and competitive customers; serve as primary liaison between clients and NCR Voyix.
• Escalate any customer roadblocks and collaborate with internal teams for successful implementation.
• Propose and close deals within assigned territory, maintaining a focus on new business growth and long‑term customer relationships.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure a cohesive “Unified NCR Voyix” approach and minimize conflict.

• Basic:
  Bachelor’s degree preferred; exceptional communication and presentation skills; highly motivated; strong relationship‑building; excellent problem‑solving; objective decision making; quick learning; ability to work independently yet within guidelines; high integrity and confidentiality; 50–100% travel within local or regional territory.
• Preferred: 2+ years Restaurant operations, sales, or management experience; 2+ years of sales experience with complex software/hardware solutions or POS industry; experience in prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business.

Salary Range: $57,000 – $95,000 per year.
