HVAC Counter Sales Associate; Pro Stock Sales Associate - HVAC

We are hiring a full‑time Pro Stock Sales Associate to support contractors and customers by filling HVAC product orders, answering product questions, and providing fast, accurate service. This is a full‑time position based at our Springfield branch located at 25 Mill River Lane.

This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on HVAC parts knowledge and experience working in a counter sales or inside sales environment. You’ll work directly with customers, warehouse staff, and vendors to ensure orders are filled correctly and efficiently.

• Actively seek opportunities to help customers (HVAC contractors)
• Locate and obtain ordered products for customers (HVAC parts)
• Assist in the handling of defective parts and warranty information
• Process approved credits for customers when products are returned
• Address questions about product, pricing and availability (counter sales)
• Make sure all product catalogs are up‑to‑date and that expired ones are discarded
• Accurately and safely move products of varying weights according to customer needs
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times (counter and phone)
• Answer telephone calls professionally and pleasantly
• Accurately input and fill customer orders (counter sales orders)
• Accurately read and identify numbers for accurate order filling and receiving of material
• Assist warehouse personnel when necessary (warehouse / distribution)
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment
• Safely operate a forklift, pallet jack, etc.
• Remain up‑to‑date on all safety practices and standards
• Perform other responsibilities as directed

• HVAC industry experience and solid knowledge of HVAC parts (required)
• Counter sales or inside sales experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with HVAC industry’s rules and regulations
• Result driven and customer focused
• High school diploma or GED preferred

• While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work
• Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
