Customer Service Sales Assistant

Our Weymouth location is actively seeking an energetic, positive-thinking, hard-working candidate to assist our Sales team. In this role, you will work directly with all departments across the company, primarily supporting Sales in a variety of ways.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (College Degree preferred)
• Strong writing skills and math literacy for day-to-day operations
• Fluent in computer use including email and internet navigation
• Typing proficiency of 40 words per minute

• Collaborate closely with the Sales team
• Assist with custom orders and help maintain strong customer relationships
• Accurately enter quotes and sales orders into the Shopworks system
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments
• Assemble sales kits and gather product samples for customer meetings and showroom visits
• Emulate the CH core values in your everyday work
• Provide input into corporate process improvements

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (with a half-hour lunch)

$19.00–$22.00 per hour (negotiable based on experience), plus incentives for meeting company sales targets
